Let Stress Make Your Day!

If you think stress is bad, you make a mistake.  The widespread belief that stress is bad for you is not true. Did you know that a certain amount of stress or pressure is needed to help you perform to your maximum ability. If you can balance this, then your stress will work for you and help you to succeed. Stress can make life interesting. Trying to eliminate stress entirely can make us feel hopeless and tired. Rather try to control and balance your stress.

If you think of it, what is stress? Most of you will say it's "worries",  I am worried about being fired at my job, or I worry about my child, or how am i going to pay my bills the end of the month, and so on. We are all so negative about everything, we have stopped to try and be positive, we do not belief in ourself anymore.
Think about it for a minute, what is the first thing you say when something difficult comes up? You get up in the morning feeling tired, you sit on the bed and start visulising the day ahead, all negative thoughts.

You see all the bad things that might happen today. You don't even know if it is going to happen, but now you stress about it. For what? You don t know what is going to happen, how could you? After a while the words comes up, those words that every one of us use everyday, that causes us to stress more and more.  "I CAN'T, I CAN NOT" Why "can't" you? who said you CAN NOT? You say it! You are the one that makes yourself  NEGATIVE, you create your own happiness! If you keep on being negative, then you create unhappiness and misfortune for yyourself!

Your unconscious accepts the fact that you want to be miserable and unhappy, so it WILL create misfortune and unhappiness for you. You say, you don't belief that your unconscious can do that.  "I am just bad luck all my life, I am placed on this earth to suffer, and to be bad luck." You are wrong! You are bad luck, poor, misfortunate and always in trouble because you created it for yyourself! When is the last time you were positive about something? Seems to me you love it to be un-happy, and with a life filled with stress. Nobody told you to be angry, u decided to become angry. I can not make you feel angry, nobody can.

Start now, and try to change every negative thought into a positive thought. Never say I CAN'T. Change that to I CAN.  Start to believe in yyourself. You came this far with all your negative thoughts, and you are still alive! There is a old saying that I believe in, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR, YOU MAY GET IT! Know, you have always wished for bad things to happen to you, why not start and wish for the good things in life? What do you have to loose?

OK, lets look at a few examples of how to use and manage that stress. Think of what is your primary stress about. What stress you the most everyday?

Preparing Dinner
Is it preparing dinner for the family, try reading up new easy to cook recipes, or order a take away once a week. Remember you have to treat yourself now and then, that will make you more positive. You are always worth it! Say it to yourself when you want to do something or buy something for yourself, or just to make life a bit easy, if find yourself stress about it, say the words to yourself. " I CAN" and "I AM WORTH IT!"

Owing Money
If you worry about a bill that you must pay and you know you there is no way you can pay it this month, STOP worrying, Don't say you can not. I know what you think right now! "This guy don't know what he is talking about, he does not have to pay that bill." Yes, I know, but can I give you a few tips on how you can solve this problem?
FIRST, belief in yourself. If you don't belief in yourself, you will never win. One thing that I have learned is that you have to be honest to yourself and to others. Everybody has debts to pay, and everybody has financial problems! Remember you are not the only one. The first step is to look at your budget and work out what you can afford to pay on that account this month. Pick up your telephone or go to the store or person and explain to them that you have a crisis, and that you are willing to pay this amount, and catch up say in two or three months. Never lie! You have to be true about this to them and to yourself. There is nobody, or no company that will say no to you if you make an offer to them. If someone buy's a car or bike from you, and you were willing to let them pay you on a monthly basis, your main concern will be to get the money they owe you. Now, this person comes to you and explains that he/she has financial problems this month and they make an arrangement with you to pay less this month or they will pay double the amount next month, would you accept their offer? I will. Rather accept the offer and still get your money, than hear nothing from that person, and not getting your money. So if that person keeps his promise and pay you back as agreed, you will surely help him next time if he's in trouble, because he has proofed himself. Not true?
Prepare yourself, work out your budget, explain it to who ever you owe, and keep your promise! Next time you have a crisis, they will help you with a smile. Try it now, you will not be disappointed!

Driving to Work
If driving to work stresses you out, think of what stresses you out. Is it your car, the traffic, the route you take? Did you ever sat down for a minute and think about it? Did you ever tried to take action and changed whatever is making you stressed? NO! you did not, otherwise you would not have stress about it. If the traffic is a problem, why not try another route to work, even if it's a bit further. You may get their faster, there may be interesting thing on the way you can see, that may take your mind of things you stress about. Why not leave earlier to avoid the traffic rush. If your car has trouble, then it's time to go and look into it. Not all of us has the money to buy a new car. Go and fix every small thing that is wrong. Any small thing you don't fix, adds up until the car is a wreck, and it will cost you a lot to fix. If you find a rattle, or a light bulb is not working, don't leave it, fix it. Make time to fix it! Look after your car, you did not get it for free, or did you? You paid for it, or you are still paying it. That car has to take you where you must go. If  it's broken or a wreck because you did not have the time to look after it, how will you get to work, or where you want to be? Who will give their car for you? You WILL walk with your feet, and you will pay your installment every month, if you drive it or not! Look after it and you will not have to stress about it again!

Pay close attention to your physical reactions to stress. This way you can think through a situation and see if you can find the light at the end of the tunnel.
Remember the words, Be careful what you wish for, you may get it. Never say "I Can't" Always say I CAN. Be positive, believe in yourself, YOU CAN!
